My mistake, Pomai -- I meant to reference Hewbrew National hot dogs from the supermarket, not Nathan's! This is what I get for typing (and reading your delicious blog) on an empty stomach!

Hi Jenny. Is Nathan's hot dogs kosher? I don't remember seeing that anywhere on the packaging. But indeed, Costco's Sinai brand is excellent. Especially the polish!

Carol, I tell ya', it's such a no-brainer. I'm surprised most pizza joints haven't caught onto this yet. The combination of that glutenous, crusty dough bread along with the zesty dog is a winning combo!

I love Nathan's hot dogs but have never tried it in a pizza dough blanket. It sounds fantastic!

It was cold and rainy today where I live (north of Seattle), so the matzo ball soup photos looked extra tasty to me!

I love kosher hot dogs. My favorite are the Sinai brand beef hot dogs that they sell at Costco (in the multi-pack as well as in their food concession area) but I also enjoy Nathan's Kosher from the supermarket. Once you have a kosher hot dog, it's hard to go back to the run-of-the-mill stuff like Oscar Meyer or Ball Park Franks.
